Prizes- if you claim a Prize for a Ticket, we will request and collect the information set out in the Prize Claim Form or Online Prize Claim Form, such as you name, contact details and bank account details (for payment of your Prize and for responsible gambling activities).
Customer service– we may collect information relating to your communications with us, including when you contact the ausloto.com customer support team (by telephone, webchat, or email).
You are not required to provide us with, or authorise us to collect, Personal Information that we request. However, if you do not do so, you may not be able to purchase a Ticket or register for ausloto.com or we may not be able to provide other services to you.

Payment information
ausloto.com does not collect any payment information, other than your bank account if we are paying you a Prize or if you use bank payments to deposit funds for the credit of your Account on ausloto.com.
If you deposit funds for the credit of your Account on ausloto.com using your credit or debit Card, we use Windcave Limited (or its related companies) to process the transaction. Windcave Limited operates a secure server to process your payment details, encrypts your Card information and authorises payment directly.
